NEUSTART has therefore developed a suitable intervention offer in cooperation with the Judiciary (public prosecutor's offices and judiciary) as a rational, socially constructive response to this challenge in the field of hate crime: Dialogue instead of hatred should sensitise people to issues of discrimination, create an awareness of injustice, lead to reflection and subsequently to a change in behaviour.
